During the session, Warner Bros. Discovery<\/a> rose 4.39%, Corteva<\/a> soared 18.87% on earnings and Etsy<\/a> jumped 9.25%. The U.S. 10-year yield slipped to 3.865%. However, megatech captured headlines after the closing bell triggered by a slew of earnings. Meta<\/a> rocked Wall Street by announcing its first-ever dividend, rocketing shares nearly 15% in the after market. Amazon<\/a> reported a convincing beat and jumped 9%. Apple<\/a>, too, reported a beat, but also weakness in China, pressuring shares by -2% after hours. Meanwhile, Bitcoin<\/a> advanced 1.344% to $43,100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Canadian equities also enjoyed a positive session, though less dramatically. The TSX recovered 0.45% as most sectors rallied. Consumer staples, industrials and materials led the gainers, while energy lagged. Canada Goose<\/a> reported a strong quarter and shares soared 7.8%.
