Fears of a second-straight day of losses faded during the Thursday session which saw a consistent rebound to recover most of the losses of the previous day. The TSX regained 0.79% as all sectors rallied, led by consumer staples, industrials and materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Major movers included Energy Fuels<\/a> soaring 8.17%, Cargojet<\/a> rising 5.71%, Aritzia<\/a> 4.41%, Capstone Copper<\/a> 4.2% though BlackBerry<\/a> slid 13.5% after missing revenues. WTI slipped 0.3% to $74 a barrel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On Wall Street, the S&P rose 1.03%, the Nasdaq 1.26% to nearly 15,000, and the Dow 0.87%. Fueling the rally was the core PCE price index which slid to a tame 2% in Q3.
