Thursday saw crude oil’s rally continue as WTI broke $90 a barrel by rising 2.3%. This helped lift the TSX by 1.42% as all sectors rallied, led by real estate, consumer staples and industrials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Energy names were among the biggest movers, including TC Energy<\/a> up 2.53%, Enbridge<\/a> by 2.65% and Ballard Power<\/a> jumping 7.78%. Meanwhile, financials also surged as TD<\/a> rallied 1.42% and Manulife<\/a> added 1.84%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wall Street enjoyed gains as well. The S&P advanced 0.84% to return to 4,500, the Nasdaq 0.81%, and the Dow 0.96%. Major movers included the heavily traded Tesla<\/a>, up 1.75%, AT&T<\/a> at 3.01%, Warner Bros.
