Despite reporting a miss, TFI International<\/a> climbed 3.13%. Meanwhile, Linamar<\/a> advanced 2.03%, the Bank of Nova Scotia<\/a> closed -1.3% and Kinross Gold<\/a> -3.5%. WTI held at just below $82 a barrel.<\/p>\n On Wall Street, the Dow briefly touched a 52-week high of 35,679 and managed to close 0.2% higher. In contrast, the S&P finished -0.27% and the Nasdaq -0.43%. Many major movers reported with varying results. Uber<\/a> closed -5.68%, JetBlue<\/a> -8.3%, Caterpillar<\/a> 8.85% and AMD<\/a> jumped 2.8% and rose even further after hours when it reported. Meanwhile, Norwegian Cruise Line<\/a> plunged 12.05%.
