The bulls returned Thursday after yesterday’s sell-off. A good quarter from Tesla<\/a> helped. Its shares popped 10.15%. Tech in general rallied with Seagate<\/a> up 10.92%, Amazon<\/a> 1.48% and Apple<\/a> 1.13%.However Sherwin-Williams<\/a> sank 9.35%.<\/p>\n

The Nasdaq surged 1.45%, the S&P 0.86% and the Dow 0.4%. The 10-year yield was flat at 3.46% while Bitcoin<\/a> edged up 0.22% past $23,000.<\/p>\n

The TSX advanced 0.38%. Sectors were mixed led by energy and financials while staples sank. Whitecap Resources<\/a> rose 0.72%, Shopify<\/a> 1.69%, Cenovus<\/a> 4.82% and Interfor<\/a> 10.37%. WTI climbed 1.15% to $81.<\/p>\n
