In Toronto, the major gainers were Suncor<\/a> up 0.75%, the Bank of Nova Scotia<\/a> 2.4%, B2Gold<\/a> 2.52%, the North West Company<\/a> up 6.2% and Nexgen Energy<\/a> by 9.96%. Among the losers was Descartes<\/a> at -2.55%. In New York, AMD<\/a> rose 3.18%, the Bank of America<\/a> 2.76%, Freeport-McMoRan<\/a> rallied 7.56% while Regeneron<\/a> soared 19.24%. Heading down were Apple<\/a> by -1.46%, McCormick<\/a> at -6.78% and Kraft<\/a> at -3.64%.
