Big movers included Cascades<\/a> up 6.34%, Cardinal Energy<\/a> 5.22% and Boston Pizza<\/a> at 5.09%.<\/p>\n As Canadians vaccination rates catch up to the U.S. and U.K. reopening stocks rallied. Cineplex<\/a> popped 5.39% and Transat<\/a> 4.8%. Meanwhile, Fairfax Financial<\/a> rose 4.14% and Whitecap Resources<\/a> 3.65%. Underperformers included Intertape Polymer<\/a> which closed -2.77%, and Aritzia<\/a> at -2.56%.
