The news is celebrated as an authentic breakthrough as other researchers continue to search for other treatments and a vaccine.<\/p>\n Across the ocean, American retail sales<\/a> surged a surprise 17.7% in May, more than double the expected 8% and shattering previous records. Meanwhile, there are reports that Trump is considering a US$1-trillion stimulus plan where most of the funds will be spent on infrastructure<\/a> projects. Not even the U.S. Fed’s Jerome Powell<\/a> could dampen the rally on both sides of the border.
