Stock sold off because of the Lone Ranger, which was a total bomb. But this is not the biggest part of their business. With a huge amount of distribution right now, it is highly valued by everybody. Everybody wants content and this company has a lot of stuff to fill up those broadband channels.

With the acquisition of Marvel and Lucas Film, their revenue source for years to come will be extremely strong. The fact that they are building the 1st mainland China Disney World is also positive and they are taking advantage of that consumption story.

He owns it and is happy with performance. It is a land play as much as anything. Owns most of Orlando. Great long term support. Would like to see it pull back. Below $60.

Waiting for a pull back before he gets in. Purchase of Marvel not that long ago, and Lucus films. First theme park in mainland China expected in 2016. Will continue to grow 10 to 15% earnings growth rate, so is a good stock to own. As the economy continues to improve they will grow as well.

Just announced they are going to have Star Wars movies coming out every year to 2015. Also, have Marvel Movie products. Wonderful company. This is just a small piece of the pie. Stock price obviously reflects the good enthusiasm of what is going on with the company. Valuation has gone beyond his comfort level but it has all the ingredients of a stock that he likes. He has found better opportunity with Viacom (VIA-Q), another media company so that is where he is putting his money.

Earnings have continued to keep pace with the stock price. Trading at a reasonable multiple of about 14X earnings. They are clicking on all cylinders. Investment in theme parks is starting to pay off. Shanghai opens up in 2015. Still at a very reasonable multiple. Target of $60. Dividend yield of 1.37%.

No reason he wouldn’t want to own this. Loved the George Lucas acquisition. Continues to make great strides in Europe and Japan. 1.5% yield and he wouldn’t be surprised if they start raising this.

Recent acquisition of Lucas will be dilutive for the first couple of years but they have done a great job with of integrating Pixar. Earnings were brought down and the stock came off 6%. That is when she bought it (last week). She likes ESPN – very lucrative. The parks and resorts are also catalysts to get the earnings going.

Just acquired Lucas Films and feels it was a pretty good deal. It adds to a great entourage of many different brands that they own. Long-term, the company looks to be growing at about 11%-12% in terms of annual earnings growth. Trading around 16X. Prefers CBS Corp (CBS-N) for its growth profile but long-term, this one will be just fine.

Parks and resource is about 30% of their total business. The growth engine though is really about content, the movie studios of Pixar and Marvel and their networks ABC and ESPN. Content is becoming more and more valuable because we consumers demand it everywhere we go.
