Also have a pharma business which they are planning on spinning out in the next year or so. The some of the 2 parts is more than what the company is trading at right now. 1.7% dividend and are planning on doing share buybacks.

US company but incorporated in Ireland for tax reasons. That has been hurting the stock as people think it is an Irish/European company. Supplies operating rooms with items that have to be replaced quite often. Good price.
