Their most recent results were positive. 6 months ago they announced an agreement that Airbus will allow their customers to order the flight solution as an option, and there were significant sales for the first parts of that. They need recurring revenue from new sales. Still waiting for a pickup in Chinese sales.

Good technology. They have a black box that can do real-time monitoring of planes, not just to locate planes when there is trouble, but to make them more efficient. This is a situation where you have a technology that is trying to change an older industry. It is very, very hard to convince airlines to spend $100,000-$150,000 on a product that doesn’t get them any immediate return or any new passengers in the door. A little bit tricky and a challenging market, but he thinks the company has a robust product. When the plane went missing last year, the stock had a huge run up, but now it is back to reality. It is still a struggle, still a hard business and still a small company. Probably a little bit early, but certainly one to watch.

Tomorrow there will have be more news about the company. A fantastic company, and from his point of view the best investment opportunity in the whole aerospace area. It has been beaten up simply because there has been no news in the last 2-3 months. They do business for some very big companies, and a lot of these companies don’t like small companies to press release news. This year he expects it to start making money.

Never really seen the revenue fall to the bottom line so it is a concept stock. If there are a lot of plane crashes, people move to this stock. He’s never been a fan.

(A Top Pick Jan 31/14. Down 28.7%.) A satellite-based system for airplanes. They need to sell more systems and are reliant on China, which has a national mandate of having 40% of their fleet hooked up by the end of 2016. Great technology and a fabulous recurring revenue model. Still likes the company.

This company offers a device to keep track of where an airplane is. The advantage is that their system is based from a satellite and eliminates any dark spots. Planes disappearing wouldn't happen with this system. They hope to have material volume of sales to the L3 Airbus airframe. Also, hoping to get implementation into the Chinese fleet. The beauty of this is that it is a recurring revenue model. The challenge is that the big opportunity is in China, and when you see progress with that it is a fair while before the company is expected to be profitable.

Have a very innovative black box technology. It got a little ahead of itself, but has now pulled back. Interesting, but risky. When the economy starts to weaken, these guys, who are relying on new projects, sometimes they get deferred. A fine company but a speculative idea, but this is not really the time to be speculating.

Owns a lot of this. There is a huge opportunity here. Just turning the corner and should be turning profitable in the next 6 months. They have smart black boxes, so there was a little bit of interest in February after NH370 disappeared. Once commercial airplanes get further than 250 miles off shore, they disappear. This company’s product allows constant monitoring, but more importantly they have a higher ROI product that allows airlines to save money by detecting problems that can be repaired at the next landing.

Blackbox for airplanes, which operates on a satellite communication system. They continue getting contracts. The market is expecting progress with regards to the Chinese market whose government have announced that by the end of 2016 all planes must have a similar system in them. Extremely interesting because of the recurring revenue model.

They have a black box system for airlines. Thinks this is a bit of a “story stock”, and pretty speculative here.

Trading at 10X EBITDA. Appears to be oversold. He is waiting for a technical signal. Looks like it is close to being time to buy the stock back. Very good opportunity over the next 1-1.5 years. Doing a 4 for 1 consolidation of their stock which helps them move up to other exchanges.

Have a data transmitter that keeps track of planes. When the flight disappeared in Malaysia people said it would have helped. It had a big run up because of the media. It is good technology, but expensive to put on a plane. It is one to watch for sure. You need to see revenue and earnings ramp up.

Stock has had a nice run and he thinks that is on the back of the Malaysian airplane that went missing. Looking at the fundamentals, he thinks it is an expensive story. Trades at around 6-7 times sales and really isn’t making a lot of money.

This is a “real-time” black box for the airline industry. The US FAA has approved the use of a satellite system that can carry voice and data. On January 22, they announced “all deliverables agreed to” have been delivered on time.

Hung steady until August when it took a pop, obviously on some good fundamental news. Relative Strength (RSI) is kind of in the middle of the line, indicating it is not overbought or oversold. MACD has been weakening since early fall, so you have a little bit of divergence with the price continuing higher and some of the metrics starting to weaken. Has some pretty good support at $0.45 and the next level would be in the $0.40 range, with the next support at just under $0.30. With the smaller cap name, you are going to have to know the fundamental story.
