The dividend is sustainable. You have to go back to a couple of years ago when they were Quebec centric. Quebec city was one of the best office markets. They tried to diversify and they bought some lower quality properties, continuing into Atlantic Canada. This diversification process has been challenging. He is cautious about it.

I've owned this previously and sold for modest profit. Have been watching for time to get back in, but the 5 year chart on this keeps me out. The dividend yield is high and the company has consistently paid it, but the share price has tumbled over those years. The highs and lows both keep getting lower. Perhaps it's time to change the management - CEO has been there for a _long_ time.
