Apparently Microsoft watches what you mark as junk, and what you just delete. If you use outlook or hotmail and are marking your StockChase emails as junk, Microsoft will start rejecting them on your behalf. (Isn't that nice of them). This of course makes extra work for me when people start complaining that they aren't receiving their emails.
I've recently had the pleasure of letting Microsoft know that all of our emails are opt-in and not junk, and they have informed me that they have unblocked our ip address. Should take effect in a day or two. In the meantime if you find you aren't receiving emails from StockChase and you use outlook or hotmail check Microsoft's support
I assume the same goes for gmail, but I haven't had any complaints about that.
We've also been having troubles with sending emails, we have a lot of people who like to see the top picks in their inbox. So many in fact that we have been crashing our server! I've done some changes to slow the process down and I think things are resolved for now.
Also if you find you don't want emails, you can either log in and opt out, or just click the link at the bottom of the email and unsubscribe. This is a service for you, we actually don't get anything out of it, so you won't hurt our feelings if you unsubscribe. :)
